1st Traditional Food is Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is one of the popular South Indian food. Masala Dosa is served with a spicy potato sabji. Masala Dosa is made with rice, potato, methi, curry leaves. It can be served with Chutneys and Sambar and for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Though it is only popular in South Indian food, it can be found in other parts of the world.

2nd Traditional Food is Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh is an Indian curry. Rogan josh was introduced by The Mughals. Rogan josh consists of lamb or goat. It has been slow-cooked in oil, yogurt and a mix of many different spices. Rogan josh is prepared in Northern India , North America and Europe. There are many Rogan Josh variations. Sometimes tomato paste or tomato puree are added to their recipes. Also mild red Kashmiri chilies or paprika are added to the spice mixture. These additions enhance the taste and intensity of its red color. It is mainly served with naan. It is an Indian bread.

3rd Traditional Food is Biriyani

Biriyani is an Indian dish. It is a rice(like basmathi rice) flavored with fragrant spices like saffron. It is layered with chicken, lamb, pork, beef or fish. It is made with Indian spices,rice and meat and sometiomes in addition eggs and potatoes in certain regional varieties.Biriyani is found from Persia and then it comes to India by the Mughals. It is popular throughout India and ot is famous dish in South Asian cuisine. Now it is also prepared all over the world.

4th Traditional Food is Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun is an Indian dessert. It is served at festivals, birthdays, marriages and the Muslim celebrations of Eid ul – Fitr and Eid al – Adha, and the Hindu festival of Diwali. It is also made in many countries. Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Myanmar are some of them.

5th Traditional Food is Parotta

Parotta is a layered flatbread which is made from refined wheat flour or maida. It is popular in Tamilnadu and Kerala. And also it is popular in Sri Lanka. It is served with a curry like meat. And also it is served for breakfast and dinner.

6th Traditional Food is Laddu

Laddu is an indian dessert. It is made from sugar and flour. It is round shaped food that is made with fine and saffron coloured boondi pearls. it is mainly prepared for festivals and occasions like dewali, to share with family and friends.

Naan is an Indian traditional flat bread. It is made from a simple dough that is prepared with flour, sugar, salt, yeast and oil. Yoghurt and egg is added to the dough to keep its softness.

8th Traditional Food is Vada Pav

Vada pav is an Indian vegetarian fast food. It is also known as wada pao. This dish is made by deep fried potato dumpling placed inside a bread bun. Bread bun is called as pav. It is mainly served with chutneys and green chili pepper.

Dhokla is an Indian steamed snack. It is made with flour and spices. It is made with fermented batter of dhal and rice. The batter is steamed. 10th Traditional Food is Kulfi

Kulfi is an Indian traditional ice cream. It is made with slowly simmered whole milk. It is made as conical shape food. It is flavored with traditional Indian ingredients like pistachio, rose water, and saffron.
