Ingredients
  

  • Rice
  • Mun bean sprouts
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Succhini
  • Spinach
  • 50 g Mushroom
  • 200 g Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnase

Instructions
 

  • Take a pot, add rice and water.
  • It is cooked well.
  • Cut beef into thin slices.
  • Again cut them into small pieces.
  • Add cut beef into a small bowl.
  • Then, marinate the beef with adding garlic, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper powder.
  • Take a pot, add water and mung bean sprouts. Then boil them and remove them from the pot.
  • Next, take spinach and cut it into large pieces.
  • Add spinach to the previous boiled water.
  • After boiling them place the boiled spinach on a plate.
  • Then add 1/2 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds to the mung bean sprouts and spinach and mix well.
  • Put them aside.
  • Then take carrots and cut into small strips.
  • Then cook them with a little bit of oil.
  • Add salt and pepper to carrots as your taste.
