Ingredients
- Rice
- Mun bean sprouts
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Succhini
- Spinach
- 50 g Mushroom
- 200 g Beef
- 1 Egg
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp Chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnase
Instructions
- Take a pot, add rice and water.
- It is cooked well.
- Cut beef into thin slices.
- Again cut them into small pieces.
- Add cut beef into a small bowl.
- Then, marinate the beef with adding garlic, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper powder.
- Take a pot, add water and mung bean sprouts. Then boil them and remove them from the pot.
- Next, take spinach and cut it into large pieces.
- Add spinach to the previous boiled water.
- After boiling them place the boiled spinach on a plate.
- Then add 1/2 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds to the mung bean sprouts and spinach and mix well.
- Put them aside.
- Then take carrots and cut into small strips.
- Then cook them with a little bit of oil.
- Add salt and pepper to carrots as your taste.
