What is Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • Water
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Onion
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ¾ tsp Pepper Powder If you want spicy taste, you can add this ingredient.
  • ¾ tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Chili Flakes
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut x shape thinly on top of the tomatoes.
  • Cut garlic cloves and onions into small pieces.
  • Take a pot and put tomatoes and water.
  • Then boil the tomatoes about 3 minutes.
  • After boiling, remove the peels of tomatoes.
  • Blend tomatoes and make a paste.
  • Take a pot and put oil to it. then, heat on medium fire.
  • Then put garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes and mix well.
  • Then add tomato paste, basil, sugar, chili powder, oregano, chili flakes, pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Then cook for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add tomato sauce, butter and mix well.
  • Now, pizza sauce is ready.
