- 3 Medium sized Onion
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 1 kilogram Minced Chicken
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1½ tsp Chili Flakes
- 1¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Basil
- 1¼ tsp Oregano
- 3 cups Tomatoes
- 1 cup Water
- No boil Lasagna Sheets
- 100 grams Butter
- 5 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1 litre Milk
- 100 grams Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cut and chop onions and garlic.
- Boil and chop tomatoes and make a paste.
- Take a pan, add oil and heat well.
- After heating oil, add onions and garlic.
- Then, fry them until golden brown color.
- Add minced chicken and fry them at least 8 minutes.
- Then, add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp chili flakes, salt, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp basil, and 1 tsp oregano.
- Mix well.
- Next, add chopped tomatoes, soy sauce and red chili sauce.
- Add water and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Take a pan, add butter, and heat on medium flame.
- Then, add all purpose flour and mix well.
- Add milk little by little and continue mixing.
- Next, add ½ chili flakes, salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, ¼ tsp oregano, and mix well.
- Then add cheddar cheese.
- Grease a dish to make lasagna.
- Then, place a meat sauce layer in the dish.
- Next, place lasagna sheets as cover the meat sauce layer.
- Again place a meat sauce layer.
- Then, place a white sauce layer.
- Next, place grated mozzarella cheese layer and cheddar cheese.
- Again place a lasagna sheet layer.
- Place meat sauce layer, mozzarella cheese, and white sauce layer.
- Repeat the previous step. Place a mozzarella cheese, and cheddar layer as the top layer.
- Bake the lasagna at 1800 celsius for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven.
- Then, you can serve the lasagna.
