Because there is a thin border between crispy and burnt, you must be careful. Pay close attention to this. Once the sauce has been applied to the noodles, you’ll find little chunks of golden, cooked garlic that give your noodles a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Ramen
This is the main ingredient. You can use any brand of ramen noodles (seasoning packet removed). Before removing the noodles from the package, read the instructions so you know how long to boil the noodles.
Green onion with fresh garlic. While green onion can be either fresh or frozen, fresh garlic should always be used. Green onions have a milder flavour than an onion.
You can use any soy sauce in this dish.
Rather than making the sauce sweet, the sugar balances the dish’s saltiness. If you don’t have brown sugar, don’t worry about them. You can use maple syrup and regular sugars instead of brown sugar.
Chilli Garlic Ramen
- 100 g Noodles
- 2 Spring onion
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- Take a pot and add water to boil.
- Then add noodles to the water and cook for 4 minutes.
- After cooking well, place it aside.
- Then take a dish and add 1/4 cup of water, soy sauce, brown sugar and mix well.
- Then take another pot, add oil and heat it.
- Next add garlic, onion and spring onion to the heated oil.
- Fry it until golden color.
- Next add chili flakes and mix well.
- Now add soy sauce mixture and salt and mix well.
- Then add boiled noodles and mix well and cook for few minutes.
- After few minutes you can remove it from stove and serve.
