Ingredients
- 3 Medium Sized Banana
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut Powder
- ¼ cup Baking Soda
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut banana into small pieces.
- Blend sugar and banana.
- Make into a smooth paste.
- Take a bowl and add the paste.
- Take a bowl and add the paste.
- Add flour, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder and salt.
- Then mix well.
- Now the batter is ready.
- Then add baking soda and mix well.
- Take a pot and add oil.
- Then heat it and after heating it, fry the balls that is made from the batter.
- Fry them until golden color.
