Ingredients
  

  • 3 Medium Sized Banana
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut Powder
  • ¼ cup Baking Soda
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut banana into small pieces.
  • Blend sugar and banana.
  • Make into a smooth paste.
  • Take a bowl and add the paste.
  • Take a bowl and add the paste.
  • Add flour, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut powder and salt.
  • Then mix well.
  • Now the batter is ready.
  • Then add baking soda and mix well.
  • Take a pot and add oil.
  • Then heat it and after heating it, fry the balls that is made from the batter.
  • Fry them until golden color.
