Some folks like to lightly flour the chicken before they broil it.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 3 Big Onions
  • 3 Capsicum
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 Green Chilli
  • Lime juice
  • Garlic Ginger paste
  • Curry leaves
  • 3 tsp Chili sauce
  • 3 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 4 tsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut vegetables.
  • Cut chicken into medium pieces.
  • Add chili powder, half of chili sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce and salt to chicken.
  • Mix well and place it aside for 15 min.
  • After that, fry the chicken until golden brown color.
  • Then take another pot and add oil.
  • Then add ginger, garlic paste.
  • Now add capsicum, onion, curry leaves and green chilies.
  • They should be half boiled.
  • Then add chili powder, chili flakes, pepper powder, sugar and salt.
  • Mix well together.
  • Then add fried chicken to the spice mixture.
  • Now add the rest of chili sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce.
  • Then mix well and add tomatoes.
